Meet the Characters
Children are introduced to Tiger, Coach and the Starz - characters who feel what they feel, and model what it looks like to give things a go.

Move Together
Each episode is set to original Sport Starz music. Movement is guided, fun, and designed so every child can participate at their own level.

Short guided moments help children notice what they felt, what they tried, and what they discovered about themselves.

The All-Starz Program is positioned under Wellness and Movement, supporting Social-Emotional Learning outcomes. It aligns with Personal and Social Capability, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Respectful Relationships.

While many educators will use the program to support wellbeing, Personal & Social Capability and Health & Physical Education, All-Starz can also be used for classroom brain breaks, music and movement, drama and narrative storytelling, transition times, Sports Day preparation, OSHC programs and school holiday activities.
